Indeed a good service. I beg to differ about the guest comment which is misleading. If a toilet is maintained badly they cannot make it new, i am using their services since the last 4 years and am very happy with them, of course there may be some disturbances due to labour issues which are expected. By posting such cheap comments we are only discouraging such ventures coming to our country. In fact their service is a boon for working couples like us where we do not have the time to do all these chores. The guest who did not disclose the name said the foll: 1. bad value for money - as far as i know their charges are around 200/- per visit with all materials on an AMC - can any one give it at a lesser price than this? i really doubt. 2.In fact, the admin people are very soft , i have never had an occasion when they were rude to me, probably, the Guest must have used a wrong word or behaved badly. 3.no need to call them, in fact they call us and after getting the job done, the next day, they send an SMS asking for feedback/quality of work and if i make a small complaint also they redo the job without any questions. 4. there is no technique needed in cleaning, they are doing what we are not able to do. 5. Reg the Guest saying Public Toilet - if the toilet is badly maintained - they cannot bring it back to the original shape , they are cleaners and not magicians. 6. Their contract is very clear and they are very clear in their terms. there are lot of clients who have used their persons privately and i know a couple of customers too whose contracts were terminated as they have privately used their Staff. By giving such silly and stupid comments it clearly shows that this person is prejudiced against the company or must be an ex ex employee or may be some one who wants to start this business etc - just wants to tarnish their image. It is high time our country needs such services and let us not do such cheap things by discouraging companies entering the domestic sector.
