i have had a very bad experience from the employee who had come to my residence for delivery and also people sitting in the tardeo office..absolutely no manners to interact with client.... and office people are clueless in event of problem, on top of it they bad mouth you, right in front of you... this was not expected from big name of blue dart.....for past two month they have been harrasing me...and not offering any solution...its only when i was directed to andheri head office after 2 months of harrashment was i offer solution..someone name harshit, who was well mannered and promt to offer me solution.... TARDEO BRANCH OF BLUE DART, STAFF, BOTH IN OFFICE AND ON FIELD EMPLOYEES SUCKS....I REALLY WISH BLUE DART, HAD WELL MANNERED AND TRAINED STAFF WHO WOULD KNOW, WHAT TO DO WHEN THEY ARE STUCK, AND MAKE CLIENTS LIFE EASY RATHER THAN HARRASE AND INSULT THEM....TILL THIS HAPPENS I DONT SEEE MYSELF OR MY HUGE CIRCLE IN TARDEO USING THEIR SERVICE FOR THE MOMENT...
