Bannerghatta road branch is not listed. Very bad services from just bake for their online bookings. the cakes are good, no doubt, but their services are unreliable and the customer service response is unheard of. After 3 separate incidents, I am sorely disappointed with them. I like their cakes, but they should discontinue their delivery services. first time, delivery came at 9 pm instead of 6 pm, second time, they did not have the flavor (chocolate mousse) for the cake i ordered, and they did not bother call and inform. When i called to ask about why delay in delivery, they inform about not having required flavor...that too, 2 hrs before the party starts. 3rd time, that was on saturday the 26th of oct 2013, i call up at 3.30 pm to ask again whether cake has been sent for delivery (selected delivery time was 12 pm to 3 pm) and i'm told at that time that the cake was damaged and they can deliver only late night. looks like we will have to plan parties as per their conveniences. Finally call up the GM of just bake to complain of their shoddy services. 30 children waiting for cake and no one bothers to inform about a delay. We all order cakes for happy occasions and celebrations. Such disturbing experiences on such happy days have really disappointed me.
