I agree with dhaval and arjun, kirtane is the WORST doctor on planet earth. He wrongly diagnosed me and insisted i get a second septoplasty done (which was not needed) ONLY to make money of off the surgery. His post surgery care was pathetic and his assistant dhruv satwalekar is in cahoots with him. Before entering the OT, kirtane did not say a word to me, and was on his mobile phone the entire time. Fast forward 1.5 years and there is still THICK edema in my nose, i look like a platypus. Everytime i went back to him, he insisted there was nothing wrong with my nose. Finally one day, i arrived at his clinic armed with before and after photos of my nose which is when he finally admitted that something had gone wrong with the surgery. He told me that the only way to correct it was to go to a plastic surgeon. A PLASTIC surgeon. He suggested his friend who is a cosmetic surgeon. By that time i was crying and had lost all hope when he plainly said that this is how my nose will look all my life. Anyway, I went to his friend to get an opinion, and he HIMSELF said that kirtane is talking absolute rubbish and that my nose will heal in time ie: the edema will dissipate. AGAIN he misdiagnosed the problem. Im patiently waiting for the day im fully recovered, so that i can go to him and give him a piece of my mind. I have half a mind to file a lawsuit against him. He is an emotionless erson who shouldnt be allowed to practice medicine under any circumstances.
