My parent was a boarder of Bharat Tirtha Darsanfor Madhya Pradesh (17days) tour. It was started on 19th Nov, 2013 and ended on 5th Dec. Last day (3rd Dec, 2013) of the tour at 5.40am they told my parent to vacant the hotel room and shift to other single family boarder’s room. Due to hotel checking time at 12o'clock but their departure from Indore was @23.30 hr. This unhealthy practice was not declared at the time of booking as well. In addition to the package amount Rs. 1200 had also been also been collected in cash for car service during the tour at Hotel Pankaj, Satna. During the tour no veg item had been served in substitution of non-veg though it had already been declared and mention at the time of booking on 30-7-2013. Totally prior communication between boarder and manager (Soumitra Bannerjee) had also been gapped. Timing problem for serving lunch (3pm) and dinner (11pm) respectively. My parents repeatedly told about their problem but the tour manager (Soumitra Bannerjee) didn’t co-operate with them.
