I would like to lodge complaint against the company mobile division as they have not got the mobile replaced for me even after almost one month for the manufacturing defects .Please note that I am suffering a lot for the want of mobile handset so kindly look into the matter and do the needful , I am already in consultation with one lawyer and will surely serve notice to Samsung mobile division if they will not get back to me within next 24hrs .
