I had visited your Vasant Kunj, New Delhi center yesterday at 5pm and had enrolled my self for 3 months weight loss programme.
However, as assured by my SPOC that a call will come from SRL diagnostics for further medical test post that the plan can be initiated has not come yet.
There were few observations also when i visited your center.
1. Basic courtesy like offering water to visitor was also not met.
2.Same questions were asked reptively by 2 dieticians.
3.When i was clearing my doubts the concerned lady tellls me post 6 pm she will not be in office so i need to make payment before that.
4.They did not even bother telling me what will be total amount post adding VAT i had to ask before the card was swiped.
5.Even height measuring equipment was not there the dietician taking notes herself looked confused.
6.Last but not the least there is no separte room (closed)for the measurements to be taken for women.I was wearing woolen and my measurements were taken over sweater.I doubt how accurate they were.
7. A form can be shared in advance to save time.
8.The deiticians did not even bother asking what is my work profile they just choose the option working?
Kindly look in to matter as i am second thoughts over my decision to join your Weight loss clinic.
