One of my friend had one of the most pathetic experience with these people. They contacted her for an opening as HR Back End Support Executive for Accenture. And forced her by calling continuously to attend the interview same day. They asked her to contact one recruiter in Accenture once she reach there. By the time she reached there, she got the name of another recruiter. Anyway she handed over the CV to one of the guy at reception in Accenture and had been asked to wait. She waited for an hour and in that duration some other candidates who have been referred by other consultancies, came and been interviewed and sent back. After an hour she got a message with the name of third recruiter. Anyways, she waited there for another hour and there was a no show from recruitment team of Accenture. Then she messaged the consultant that she is done waiting and leaving. Around 15 mins later she got the message from consultancy stating Sorry you are not eligible for this position as you are a BE Graduate, she had already worked as an HR for almost 2 years though.
Didn't they knew it at first place about the qualification required for the opening they are handling? What kind of professionalism is that.
