I purchased few items which are suggested by the doctor in that shop and one extra product "kesj kanti normal shampoo". All cost me 810 Rs/- and I paid. After payment, I showed all those products to the doctor so that he will suggest me how to take those medicines. I took all the products to the doctor except that shampoo as it is not given in the prescription. After consultation, the shop fellow packed and when asked for carry bag, he asked me to pay 5 Rs/-, which was also paid. He packed all the products and I returned home. After I came to home, i checked all those products and found that shampoo was missing. The very next day I went and asked for shampoo. He replied in a very rude way, that he is not responsible for the items that u forget and we don't know about that. Later when asked again he said, that shampoo bottle is not even here, might be taken by somebody else as it is open on the table. Finally they said they wont give the shampoo bottle.
This is not fair business and also they do all such kind of miss pricing.
When we ask for doctor prescription, they insist us to purchase all the products which are there in that prescription and only after that they will return us the prescription.
I recommend everyone, go for the Patanjali products but not in this shop. If this kind of people do business, it will bring bad name even to Patanjali products also.
