Bought Honda Dio (Red) - My experience with Surya Honda in April 2013:
About the agency:
did not deliver the vehicle on expected day;
had to climb the steps of the agency many times to get the vehicle [demand for red colour - staff said];
did not respond well [I look somewhat boyish];
paid 2% extra [Rs.900/-] for paying partial amount through Credit Card;
overall - bad service for me.
About the vehicle:
style - good;
seat width - somewhat larger; makes it little difficult to balance for short persons [5 ft. & below];
ride comfort - runs smoothly on roads (without pits); rough on streets and villages roads, since tyres are tubeless;
head light - ok, I dont find any fault, as said in many reviews [it is palced at the centre];
mileage - one disappointing criteria [for me only, or for many who bought Dio, i dont know];
Usually I & my friend (as pillion rider) travel together; gave only 30 km at beginning; gave 32 or 33 after third free service in Surya Honda; gives 35 only now after tuning the apparatus with a local mechanic; I have to try another time with local mechanic.
Except Mileage, Dio performs well.
