I wonder if any one has the time & patience to take this stupid 'Teak n Oak' to the consumer court, and fine them appropriately. If there's such a need, please do let me know and I will join you in the fight against this 'collect money & forget customer' company. The quality of the furniture and after sales service is pathetic, and you get atrocious response from them.
Right from the moment you pay the money, all you hear from the people at teak n oak, Velachery are LIES, LIES and DAMN LIES. Even the delivery van driver and store keeper of the company are trained very much to LIE to the customer. There are two stalwarts behind this, one is Balaji (mob no: 9500174201), who said he knows nothing other than sales, and the other guy Harish who claims to be the manager. Balaji has the guts to talk to the customer like a typical rowdy. Hooligans running the shop.
I've all the conversations with balaji and harish recorded on my phone, 'coz 'm going to the consumer court with solid proof. Anyone else facing such issues, let's join and bring them down on their knees.
