Receptions are not aptly aware about the information need to be pass on...
Had a worst experience... on 5 Apr 2014...
They charged 150 for Retina check... and because I didnt want Cornea checkup (that COST 1000 Rs)... they gave me useless reasons for not doing retina checkup ... like appointment full... not having an specialist... u are coming for a 2nd opinion... though I was waiting for more than 1.5 hrs and also confirmed from receptionist before going to the Vasan eye care.. !!
At the END ... they gave me 150 Rs back...and I have to move out... !! I would say whole thing took a twist as soon as I said " I dont need Cornea checkup "...
Will say NEVER go for a small procedure or a 2nd OPINION but yes if you have enough money to fulfill their hidden charges... you may go ahead !!
