I had booked an AC from Great Eastern Trading Company - Srerampur branch (Hitachi Kaze Plus RAU318HUD 1.5 ton) on 05/04/2014 committed to be delivered at my address on 07/04/2014. However on after waiting for the whole day on 07/04/2014 I called their branch for dispatch details & surprisingly they had told me that the said model is not in stock (but it was available there into the stock when I had paid & booked the same) which may be came after 1 or 2 week & it seems nobody of the branch have that much of responsibility to inform the same to the me (the customer).
Further I became surprised & really disappointed that they are offering me to take a higher model by paying the balance amount.
We never expect such behavior & bad customer support to deliver the product which impacted our view upon the well known electronic treading concern "Great Eastern Trading Company"...
And henceforth I will think twice to purchase any product from Great Eastern Trading Company..
