My Experience is horrible with great eastern.I booked a Voltas a.c on 23rd april 2014 .They delivered the A.C on 24th only.But when votlas people came for installation they found that machine is not working properly.They ask us to contact the shop.we went there but they r not ready for replacement.they are saying that they will repair the same.Well after so much talk,say like as i am a lady he is able to say anything(god knows if i am not a lady then what would be do) he says he will replace the same.i contacted with votlas people they are saying they already replaced the same.but great eastern is not delivering the same.i contacted the customer service desk. a person from shop called me for the formalities .he doesn't know anything.and i am still waiting for the a.c.no communication from great eastern.I already paid the money.now don't know what should i do.Please do not go to the shop.They do not need any customer to sell the products.
