I would give a 0 rating to reliance digital mantri square malleshwaram, bangalore. This is in regards to IFB dishwasher which the delivery happened as per schedule, but the installation is yet to happen past 3 days of purchase.
Reading the above reviews I find that Reliance is not equipped enough to handle the suppliers whichever brand/company it may be. There is no floor manager or responsible personnel who are available on phone for the concerns of customer. I was told that nobody is available as higher ups. After several minutes of telephonic conversation with the personnel at the reception i managed to get one so called manager's (Mr. Srinivas) number, but got a very arrogant response saying he is out and i have to call the reliance LL. During the process, IFB personnel was also irresponsible in his talk passing the buck to reliance and asking us to follow up with reliance. It was a blame game for 3 days. Overall, its worst experience. I regret buying stuff from reliance digital. Big Company... Big Flaw!!!
