I had the same experience with the Palarivattom shop of K.R. The staff members are behaving to us as if we are waiting in the gas agency to get a subsidized gas connection. The counter staff members are always cornered themselves with some eatables in their hand. The counter out side is having very rude staff. Even the security treats us as if we are parking in their private property. An end will come to all these, when smart people takeover the segment in the coming years. Poor Balettan. Mohan
