no response if u call them on phone.
no one picks up d phone. not even d helpline nos of big bazaar mentioned on d bill.
no proper billing.
bad customer service.
inconvinient to take a auto if u have lots of stuff.
no proper baby feeding room. not even a stool in trial room on 2nd floor.
no proper response from staff inside d mall.
