Fraud employees like promod spoiling the company name, its again I am raising a new complaint, it should reach to the higher officials of the company,local coolers are far better than symphony cooler,done a big mistake in my life by getting symphony cooler, its heavy loss. Hi,I am Arif,my mobile number -9540283541, I have purchased a new symphony cooler Diet50i on 04,may2014 by paying 10000 rupees,its not working immediately after two weeks, I logged a complaint from the symphony website regarding the issue, clearly stating that its not starting, and got a complaint number ND-NS-25E14008, three days over after logging a complaint but no one contacted me, on fourth day got a call from central Delhi symphony head office, they said soon service representative will visit my place, I was getting a message till third day that "ND-NS-25E14008 is under resolution" but suddenly I got a message on fourth day saying "Unable to contact you since last four days, so we have closed your complaint” have not expected the false message from the reputed company, have not even got a single call in these four days this is unacceptable fake statement given by a branded company, its unbelievable, I have not seen this type of worst service in my life, again I have register a complaint with the complaint again and got the number ND-AT 29E14002 but no one turned I got a number of the service person in the mail after complaint, that service guy name is promod, number is 9560523071 he dint called me i waited for his call more than 2 days after that i was calling that guy daily to ask when he will come,he was very arrogant,and such a cheater ,liar,etc,etc, he gave me all the false commitment daily but he was never turned back,when i call from other numbers he used to pick the call and knowing thats me immediately he used to drop that call,he not even had a basic manners, he is telling me that he cant tell that what time he will come, because of that devili took two days leave to my office and i lost my 2 days leaves also, after that some how i managed to get a incoming call from central delhi to know the status of my so many complaints log, from that call i managed to get his supervisor number and service incharge number, his name is sanjeev, i complaint to him he said it will be taken care,but now he is also not attending the my call, i strong recommend symphony not to have that service guy promod in job, one thing sure is because of that fraud symphony going to loose his brand and customers, i request the company first through him from that job, he is not at all fit for the job, if i would know before that such type of liars are working in this company i could not have been bought the cooler from symphony,i have paid 10000 rupees for the cooler,bought it esspecilly for my aged mother, i want to escalate this issue to the higher levels, please provide me the contacts for higher officials, i am not going to leave this company unless i get proper service for my newly bought cooler, if the issue not resolved then i will go to consumer court, and bring that company people to road side, i don’t want a common man like me to suffer like this. Company should give the line managers numbers also of the service person or should call to the customers and ask the feedback weather the service guy visited or not, but i am not seeing that in symphony, they are charging high price but fake promises of service , hope this will reach them.still waiting for their service from 20 days...
