Very Bad Service. Illiterate and rude people. I had changed my HTC One X screen for 3500 from them. After 10 days only it started flickering. I asked them to look into this issue and now they are not responding. While repairing they lost my on/off button. I asked them to give that atleast then they saying that they are trying to find out and it's being a month now. They damaged my antenna due to which phone signal was not coming. When I told them that then they are not agreeing on that. The Technician and both the owner don't pick up my phone. When I go to their shop they say we will resolve the issue in 2 days. It's been a month now. Can any one tell me if I can go to consumer court or file an F.I.R against them? If yes then the procedure for it.
