We do keep going to this store as My wife and kids love to buy from them so much and they tend to buy some fancy stuff every time we visit ,they are really good with quality ,varities , trendy stuff all I would really recommend every one , this weekend we have been there and waiting time was horrible and the whole shop was heavily crowded its completely packed no air to breath, we luckily could get some space to have our two kids seated after waiting for almost 30 mins and there no one having eye on the inflow of customers or some one receiving the customers soon we enter and enquire on specifically what you need unlike in other stores in the same area it was some thing I would suggest the management atleast they could suggest customers at the entrance to come little later or may able to let them know that the sales reps are been engaged and it might take time to assist you this way they can let the customers to do other shopping around the same area and then come back at an ideal time , we were completely disappointed and unable to get help from any one there after all waited for almost 1 hour we left with empty hands and also informed to the guy at the cash counter he was ignoring and neglecting , felt bad about the whole horrible experiene we had so decided no to go any more ..
