Hi Devamoorthy, I bought hitachi 1.5ton Split A/C Kaze plus RAU318HUD in Rathna Fan house for Rs.42000. But they delivered different model(Kampa RAU318HUDD)and installed the A/C my parents not aware of that when i came home as found different model has been delevired. Then i contacted Hitachi showroom in Rathana fan house they argued billed A/C is delivered. When i went showroom again found the sales guy Daniel made mistake in Bill by writing wrong model number instead of Kaze plus he wrote kampa model number but they billed me for Kaze plus which is high end model than kampa. I spoke manager Raju he promised that he will replace it in 3 day hence the Managing Director is on Foreign trip. More than a week no response i called him 2 days once after a week he keep on saying that model is not currently in stock. After 4 weeks when i called him he spoke with rash tone that i going to warehouse i will check and give callback in 1 hour. Still he never called back when i tried he not picking call on other someone pick and informed he is busy. This is way you treat the customer. As a end user how do i now the model number. These guys are real cheaters. Rathna Fan house sucks!!. Service horrible..
