Dear Sir,
I have purchased two smart TV LED
1) SMART TV LED WITH 3D ON 14.10.11
2) SMART TV LED WITH 3D ON 15.10.11
We have fecing problem of screen on both the TV we have contact
Your Kolhapur services department one time they have visited and
Advised to replace the screen at the cost of Rs.34000/- for one TV.
Again we have approached services department to recheck
But no one care to visit we have complaind for more than seven time
But nobody bother to visit.
I am regular royal of Samsung using product like washining machine,freeze,microoven,Ac,and then also I am not getting
Any responce so at last .I am compel to write to you for both TV have same problem of screen so I feel here is same manufacturing defect in screen so I request you to replace the screen free of cost though the Warranty period is lapsed by one year .
Please look in to the matter and confirm it to me.
