Quality is really down. Dont expect NaiduHall to treat you fair, when the mistake is on their end or the quality of cloth is very poor. They try and blame the customer always. I had a very bad experience with NaiduHall yesterday. A Branded chudidhar that i had purchased from them for more than INR 3500 - Came off as threads everywhere. I approached them to replace or consider. No consideration given to customers. They wouldnt even think if there's a problem with the cloth and just mentioned that the cloth was ironed too much - which wasnt the case. These days it is better to buy online than to go to these showrooms. Propagate the message. - Lakshmi.
