My request to all is not to use Flyking courier any time in your life. It is one of the irresponsible waste courier service run by careless people. I have booked a courier on 26th September and it was from New cloth, Ahmedabad to Ghokle road Kolkata. They told me that they will deliver it with in one day worse case two days. But to my surprise I am waiting for delivery since last 5 days and still waiting More disturbing fact is that no one is taking ownership. If you call their office or helpline no one will respond. After a half day trying when we talked to the people in A’bad. On 30th Sep they say that the A’bad office mixed up the things and send it to Tirupur instead of Kolkata. Does it mean that they don't know to read English. They told me it will be deliver today in the evening.I called up Kolkata elgin road office in second day it was no received till today thye said it was missing, again I talked to the people in A’bad. On 1st Oct they said it was buy mistake is no one doing mistake in the world. End of the day I lost an important exam form submission date due to this funny guys. I am not going to leave them. Will take them to consumer court. My advince - never ever use FLYKING courier. If you use, then pray to GOD. It may reach next century. Never use FLYKING courier, for any urgent deliveries, Book-Post from indian post office is even better. I have been trying to track an undelivered letter, and I tried the contact nos. two nos is not working, as for the mobile nobody answers. The web site is poorly designed and very unfriendly. Next, the address is misleading. It is not in Kolkata,My advince - never ever use DTDC. If you use, then pray to GOD. It may reach next century. Never use DTDC, for any urgent deliveries, Book-Post from indian post office is even better. Dead Slow in deliveries.I am waiting for delivery since last 6 days and still waiting.Big No.Big No.Big No.Big No.
