SIR,I am Surajit Dam residing at Durgapur,West Bengal,India.I would like to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased a samsung galaxy core 2 (SM-G355H/DS)dated on 29/9/2014 from a registered dealer(GOEL TRADE LINK,BB COLLEGE MORE,G.T. ROAD,USHAGRAM,ASANSOL-713303(SHOWROOM:NACHAN ROAD,BENACHITY,DURGAPUR-713213,Mb:09333789410).It had been only a month and the mobile is creating problem,the problem is so that my mobile gets switch off automatically even when i am not using it,i took my mobile phone to our Durgapur branch Samsung service centre bt i was dissapointed that they could not make out any kind of problem in my set,i did not get any kind of help from the service department,so sir i request you to look out to my handset problem orelse you try to replace my handset,as it had only been a month and the handset has started creating problems.If you don't look out to this problem than i would have to contact consumer forum,the company should be responsible for the defects.My contact no:thank you.
