not very active bank. some staff are good and active. but the same nationalised bank attitude.no proper response. dont like to se public reaching for help. if concerned person isn't there no help offered. no matter you come from a long way, onl eave for the lone reason of visiting the bank.no body will smile. you will first hesitate to approach for help with thier seriousness. thee people wont change with times. the strategy and policy may change. unless the attitude changes there cant be any progress.
