Worst Customer care... I have ordered an sofa cost of 21k and 6 furniture cushion at 2k in this store and paid full amount... They said delivery will take 10 days. But even after lapse of 1 month product was not delivered. I keep on called daily . The response was very poor. They will give new number daily to contact mentioning He is the responsible guy. But no fruit. First they said sofa is not available. once we get we deliver . I went to shop one weekend and enquired. They said by next saturday they will deliver. So i took off on tat saturday. Saturday Mng they said sofa came we wil deliver by evng. By evng wen i askd they said sofa didnt come so next week ony. Every time i have to cal them. Not even once they cald nd informd me. Next week also same thing happened. After tat week wen i cald they informed tat sofa came but cushion is not available. For cushion they took another 1 week. When they delivered the cushion was not the one we selected. Worst shop.
