I been using KK Indane enterprises Consumer no. 92190 for my domestic LPG consumption for more than 2 yrs. They don't delivered cylinders to home till 7-10 days or even more from the time booking & tell customers to collect from agency. Because they know customer left with no option with double cylinder for cooking & has to pick from agency, in turn to save cost of transportation for them. The are exploiting the situation of customers from time to time. Our calls to customer care also not helpful & calls wont be answered. Every time i walk in to collect cylinder from showroom cost me of my company productivity(i.e 1-2 hrs of my working hrs). On 27-11-2014 went to collect my refilled cylinder & after paying money & asked the procedure to close my connection due to delayed services & I said will complain to higher authorities of Indane LPG located @ double road, for that instantly- one Staff (who collected my money for refill) started abusing me for no reason. the onlookers were gathering, so one more staff supported/added to the previous guy & started to abused me & later one more staff joined to abuse. I was quite & help less! The first guy threatened me saying "I will come to your Home & hit U!" I was deeply hurt & don't know what to do. Just collected my cylinder & came to home. WORST SERVICE & PEOPLE IN SHOWROOM.
