This is the worst client service I have ever received. We purchased a 2nd hand Hyundai from them. Even after 7 months they could not give the Smart card ( Name change doc). The worst part is their commitment of the Sales person ( Mr. Prasun in used car section) and his casual behaviour.Once the entire payment is done they do not care. After several several times of follow up he does not keep the commitments. Everytime he says in next week you will surely get it. And everytime he gives a new story. Now I am planning to go to the consumer affair department to lodge complaint against them. CAUTION:: PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALER....
