More Mega Store

The store is in strategic place a lot of items but there is no co-ordination. If we select an offer and take an item, in billing invariably different rates appear. When large purchases are made we wont be able to check all. On the bill we find 'collect the gift' but nobody hints about it and the reception counter misguides telling it is not there.I had same bad experience each time I went there.
