I have got bsnl connection ,tel no 01202502714 with broadband no 1022700563 at A 214 Sector 39 Noida It is not working since 16th Jan 2015 Inspite of repeated complaints it is still dead I was trying to contact sdo mr r p singh but he is not accesible I want to suggest that you will have to improve the services otherwise how the company will survive I hope my connection will be attended soon
