I have booked refill cylinder on 17th Jan with Shri Giridhar Agency at Residency road,even after 15 days I am yet receive.They are giving false promises. I had talked to proprietor without any result.Moreover they never pick up telephone. The quality of service is very poor.
I request IOC to draw a guide line and ensure that consumers are not harassed.
