complaint sent thru mail to CEO samsung india, samsung grievences, CEO samsung Thailand. But the reply mail which i recvd on the same day was not satisfactory. one guy called in the morning and said we will consider ur case but another lady called up in the evening and said they cannot. people dont buy samsung anywhere in the world as the product has a real substandard quality. hence think a thousand times before buying samsung products. consumer cour companies
