I am very upset, we I found my Institute BIPM is fraud. I have expend money 26000/- for my B.Tech Course. I am very up set Now.

Dear friends,
I am also a student of this Institute for B.Tech and given 2 semesters Exam. When no call to contact with Institute, I found always out of service and called the Mobile No. of Mr. Rupak, the Number also found switch off.
I do not understand what should I do for this fraud. I have given 26000/- money to the BIPM Institute.
Have anybody to help for getting my money for this fraud?
