i have had extremely bad experience with this agency re baby care. In a span of less than 2 months we had 5 different maids turning up for work at our house for baby care, i repeat. While the agency claims to send experienced and well trained staff all that we receive is either a filed worker, a cook who used to run a kabbab stall, a construction worker, a maid at a hotel and a house maid for baby care. None of them were learned, had no clue about baby care, hygiene was out of question, did not know what a diaper looked like or meant. All of them had questionable background as they were either widow or had separated from their spouse and family. I can hardly rem a night when i slept at peace. My mum wud sleep with the baby while i stayed awake and vise a versa. Though they claim to do back ground check, i am 100% confident that no checks are conducted and tehy just send ppl home off the street. My sincere suggestion is not to take any kind of services from this agency. They are very unprofessional and are definitely big cheats. You rather quit job and stay with the baby instead of opting services from them.
