I have booked a flight ticket through Make may trip for international
flight , only to discover the one alphabet of his name mentioned wrong ( Surgeet
singh instead of Surjeet singh ) at the time of ticket booking. I
doesn't know whether this was my mistake or the Agent.
I have checked with china southern Airlines they have really not been very helpful. I just think it is so
unreasonable not to allow people to pay to correction the name on the
ticket, especially when it does not involve a change in the person who
is flying but just correcting a spelling mistake!
However the agent is saying they don't do correction once ticket
issued and further contact to Airline,also, they have already passed
remarked in this regard to china southern Airline.
But China Southern customer care is very unprofessional, they are responding very rudely.
I just want to ask to China Southern Airline please help me we are ready to pay charges for correction.
