Kalyan nagar branch staff and their team was not responding about a small thing from past 2 days, I have taken a post paid connection on 09-03-2015. from my side all verification's are done. and sim got activated yesterday. that mobile number is 7022251116. but they have given me a invalid sim, and yesterday it self i have called them and informed to that executives, they told by mistake we have given the sim today it self we will sent you the new one but till now i didn't got the sim. i have called them for my sim. they told to me today morning itself we will handover to you. and from afternoon 1:00 pm they told by 2:00 pm we hand over from that time i have called upto 8:30 pm 15 times but till now they are telling we will come within 30 mints. but till now they didn't come and give the sim. and they did't pick the calls allso.
