I was utterly disappointed by what Columbia Asia Gurgaon has become. My unpleasant experience started right from the parking where first parking guy asked for 50 rupes, and while going out after 15 mins (since the receptionist said that entire hospital's card swiping machines are not working and I had to go to the ATM to withdraw cash), the parking guard asks for 30 rupes, and the slip given to me said 15 rupes for 4 hours. This was just the starting, my 3 year old baby had seviour pain in her tummy and that was the reason I went there recalling that my last visit to the hospital was not bad, in fact it was good. However, I was in for a bad surprise this time. Radiology department where I was supposed to take my baby for ultrasound behaved worst than a government hospital. They made us wait for over an hour, and upon asking, they said other patients are in the room.I had asked them almost an hour back, and their reply was 'sir you're the next in line' now to my surprise, patients who came way after us were getting their ultrasound done. Bottom line, it seemed like patients who had different deals (under the table )with them were getting their jobs done first, just like the utter nonsense created by the parking vendors outside . They have their own ways of making extra money by cheating worried people coming to the hospital. Seriously, I don't think I'll ever go there again, and I'll make sure that spread the word around my friends and family about this new government standard hospital. Only difference is that it looks cleaner. Best of luck Colombia Asia... Truly disappointed...
