I am S Mitra my consumer no is CX11347317 and I am attached to Sri Vishnu Indane Gas agency Whitefield Bangalore 560067. I had booked a refill online on 05/03/2015 no was 904606 I found from my booking history that it is cancelled with no reason attached. I booked another refill on 03/04/2015 and the booking no was 905363. I got a mail on 11/04/2015 that the cash memo has been raised cash memo no being 3000011682. On 11/04/2015 I called the delivery boy and he said it will be delivered on 13/04/2015. On the morning of 13/04/2015 it was confirmed it will be delivered today. In the evening I was told that the order has been cancelled due to door locked. In the booking history I find the order cancelled. I keep calling the delivery boy because no one attends call from Sri Vishnu Indane Gas agency. strangely, I am not able to book another refill because when I try booking it a message pops out saying that my booking no 905363 exists. May I request you to look into the matter and establish if there is foul play. Also plese suggest how do I book a refill because I am on one cylinder for nearly 2 months.
