I had applied for Change of Ownership Name of my mobile 9899869935 from Splendor Landbase Ltd to my name at your store at Sector 18 Noida on 14 Apr 2015 with all necessary documents and payments of due bills & payments. I was given a new SIM card & told that i would get an SMS after 3 days, then I change the SIM card & dial 111 for activation of new card in my name.
I have not got any SMS so far & today (21 Apr) my mobile was deactivated. On calling your helpline at 9811098110 my connection was again activated, but still in the name of Splendor Landbase Ltd. The helper told me that there is no application on their record for change of ownership.
When I asked for the contact no. of Vodaphone store in Sector 18 Noida, where I submitted my application, the helper told me that they are not allowed to give ther Landline or Mobile No. of their shop & I have to visit the store again - 8 Km away from my residence in a crowded market, park my car pay for it & wait in a Que again to check what happened to my application !!!!!
I am a retired Army officer age 65. Should advise our serving Army at borders also to learn from Vodaphone ?????
