I ordered the furniture to my home. The furniture shop looks to be having some political hand. When I complained on the product the shop boys started to say something in local language. Knowing what they have said I complained that the people should have some better ways to communicate. It seems they house gundas in the name of loaders and truck drivers. I felt bad when they continuously talked foul language even looking at passing women nearby. I never had seen this happen when a person said I have been in the shop for nearly 10 years. Not a good shopping experience. My problem has not got resolved and I am not getting a way out even upon complaining to their customer redressal. The management should be having close proximity to political power, they too raised the voice. I will not be able to go to consumer forum or even to police to lodge a complaint as this may not be addressed. There has been no surity from the management post delivery of the products. With poor track record of doing business due to demand they do get going. I don't know how many people suffered like me buying poor quality/ brokem materials from these people. Their integrity has a shelf life here till customer enters the shop and buys.. It gets lost somewhere.
At least be patient and receive complaints.
