I don't know about rest of the branches but recently I visited barasat branch to buy mixer grinder product and there was a guy who said no one is here to show the product , I waited still then the guy asked a girl to show mixer to me but the girl replied I am not here to show mixer ,that is not my part, after wasting few minutes they replied there is no one who can show me the product in details and I left the shop. This is very wrong behavior and they don't have any etiquette to deal with customer. What I think they all are busy to buttering and oiling those big customer like AC buyer,TV buyers etc and as my product was less in amount they were so reluctant to show it. I had also a plan to buy an AC from there but I won't do it and will advice others please don't go at least barasat branch as they are too below quality to deal with customer. I want to mark it as a big 0.
