I have a complaint against Samsung mobile product and their after sale service .. I have received a defective piece and they are only repairing it and not replacing it .. I had not paid for a Repaired mobile I had paid for the fresh product which is in good quality and perfectly working condition. I had complaint to them within 15 days. But still they are adamant on giving me the defective piece and say that they have replaced the inner parts I have been hugely inconvenienced and hence I need the replacement only. Pls guide me.
