Myself neelam julka 50f. From last ten years i'm suffering from sciatic pain in my right leg. But from last 4 years my sciatic pain is stopped now my both legs is started being hoof(paresthesia). because of which i am not able to walk properly . then i sit for a while nad again after somtime again it happens.
