our hearty congratulations on the conduct of annual day celebration of your school at YMCA Grounds on 2-3-2010. My ward Miss. K.Sangeetha has been awarded a silver medal for her academic excellence in class VI during the academic year 2008-09. A Silver medal and a citation was awarded to her on this occasion. We whole-heartedly thank your team for the recognition. However, we regret to state that inspite of communicating to all-concerned for the last four years, the parents` name is invariably written wrongly in the citation as K.KRISHNAMURTHY instead of S.KRISHNAMURTHY. This repeated mistake by the concerned authorities in spite of being brought to their notice is unpardonable.We have a fear and feeling that the same mistake can be done on her 10th class certificate also in future which will affect her throughout her life. We once again plead to look into the root-cause of this repeated mistake and rectify the same under intimation in writing to us. The concerned officials may be taken to task as such information on record /certificates will cause unwanted agony to the student in future.
