Croma Third grade services I had purchase new JBL speakers from CROMA kalyannagar Bangalore show room. While purchasing, I have checked blue tooth range and that was working fine. But when I installed speakers at home i found that speaker performance was extremely bad. I asked to give my money back when I returned the product. Croma sales people are lingering the issue and no response from them. It is almost 25 days has been passed no response from customer care as well. Really frustrated!!
