To whom it may concern, This is a serious dissatisfactory notification against the secretary of Dr.Indrajit Sarkar, Mrs Srabani. To put things clear, I Begin with saying that She should have taken a must training in behavior and hospitality management as she doesn't know a bit of it and let me tell you if a survey is carried against her regarding this from patients, I assure you of same remarks like those of mine. She neglects patient's call. Patients continuously call her obviously not for a chit-chat but for some serious issue of appointment. But she doesn't bother for a Soothing response. We being office workers or to our busy scheduled working day have to plead and pursue her for a day long as if we a mere beggars with no work at all and she as if the owner of the said organization. I want a serious action to be taken by her and let me tell you, My family has been attached with the hospitality service since more than a decade. Waiting for a reply ASAP.
