I had purchased 4 items from Shakti Electronics (located in Ambavadi Area, Ahmedabad.)
My Bill amount was Rs. 179500 total
I paid 5000 (the day i booked) + 62500 (next day) = Rs. 67500 as down payment.
For the rest Rs.112000, I decided to take Loan of Bajaj Finance of Rs. 14000 for 8 months.
But somehow my installments are cutting of Rs.14585, which 585 extra per month which is Rs. 4680 total extra.
This much is ok. I can understand that this may happen. But when I complained them and asked them to refund, they started making stories, I visited their showroom for 4 times and called the account person (Kuntal) for around 10 times but they are not refunding money.
When last time I visited their showroom, The Owner was there but I was told to meet some account guy. I mat him and explained all in 5 mins and he was agree with the issue. But he again told me to come in the evening since his owner went for sleep. Owner is having home in the same building on the above floor. I almost argued with them for 2 hours but they didn't call the owner down stairs. Neither the gave me number of owner.
Finally I left their showroom and came back to office and writing here the complaint. Hope I will get justice.
