We bought the Kent RO Prime on the 23rd of August 2015 and it stopped working on the 28th August 2015. We initially requested for someone to look into the issue. But we faced the worst customer service and without anyone visiting us we got a text message that the complain has been resolved. First we were unhappy about the product not working within a week from the purchase date, and now we got the worst customer service. Adding the Two we have lost full trust on KENT and are filling a complain to return our paid money and take away the product from our home. We will be having a legal tussle with Kent RO now. If anyone is reading my post, please never go for KENT RO Water purifier. You will get the worst customer service.
