This very bad product in India , No Service facility in Warrenty Period. But service available by cost. I have purchased a Split AC Date of purchase 14/05/2015 > Invoice no - TG/SA/1516/01755 > Model No CU-YC18RKY3/6945617515 > Date of installation 18/05/2015 > awaiting your good sugestion > Bikash chandra saha > 09433144647 You are unable to provide service during Installation, Again i complain on 5/9/2015 and 7/9/2015 until no body said what is my problem i contact your different members 8336990625/ 8336990626 of this contact no one person told to me sir saturday i complete your A/c but on this day he not received my call. Lastly earnestly i requested to that you return your product and back my money. You provide one year Warrantey your service not good, after warranty what type of service provide i can imagine. Total one month out of one year i unable to use your product. please see this matter
